About Little Rookies
Little Rookies Daycare was founded in 2010 by Godfrey and Dawn Philander, both experienced educators with a passion for early childhood development. What began as a small in-home daycare has grown into a trusted childcare center serving families throughout the community.
Our founders recognized the need for high-quality, affordable childcare that prioritizes both education and nurturing care. They created Little Rookies with the vision of providing a place where children could thrive intellectually, socially, and emotionally.
Today, Little Rookies continues to uphold these founding principles while incorporating the latest research and best practices in early childhood education. We’re proud to have served hundreds of families and to have played a role in the development of countless young minds.
